Dr David Cheng is a Senior Lecturer in the ANU Research School of Management.

Prior to this, he worked as an accountant and systems analyst helping companies improve their financial and business processes.

In his current role, David studies how leaders and managers can improve the performance and wellbeing of their followers and employees.

His research has won a number of awards at the Australian and New Zealand Academy of Management and has also been featured in media outlets such as the ABC, Australian Financial Review, BBC, Business Insider, Men’s Health, and TIME.
