Dr Peter McCawley is an Honorary Associate Professor at the Indonesia Project in the Crawford School of Public Policy.
He is an economist who has worked on Indonesian and Asian economic issues for many years, and is principal author for a book about the 50-year history of the Asian Development Bank based in Manila. Other recent publications include a book about the development work of ADB and the international community since the 1960s, and a book about one of Indonesia’s leading think tanks, “50 Years of CSIS: Ideas and Policy in Indonesia”.
Dr McCawley is the former Head of the Indonesia Project.
