Associate Professor Charles Gretton FIEAust is the Director of Attention and Innovation at the ANU Integrated AI Network.
Associate Professor Gretton is an AI expert with extensive experience in academia and research commercialisation. His expertise sits across machine learning and automated reasoning, developing AI technologies to augment and extend human capability.
His research has impact in a wide range of applications including but not limited to continental scale retail business optimisation, computer security, instrumentation for the physical sciences, and mobile robot control. He is also the Program Convener of the Bachelor of Engineering in Software Engineering and the Discipline Chair Software Engineering in the College of Systems and Society.
