Dr Miriam Glennie is a Research Associate at the ANU Global Institute for Women’s Leadership.

Dr Glennia has a background in organisational sociology, labour relations and public sector management.

She has more than 10 years’ experience co-ordinating research partnerships between universities and government, and is passionate about supporting two-way knowledge sharing between these groups.

Dr Glennie recently led the Australian case study of GIWL’s international study on gender pay gap reporting legislation. She has published on equity and safety in human resource management and public policy, and co-edited a handbook on public sector performance governance.
