Dr Ehsan Nabavi is a Senior Lecturer in Technology and Society at the ANU Centre for the Public Awareness of Science, and the Founder and Head of ANU’s Responsible Innovation Lab (RI-Lab).

Dr Ehsan Nabavi is a Senior Lecturer in Technology and Society at the ANU Centre for the Public Awareness of Science, and the Founder and Head of ANU’s Responsible Innovation Lab (RI-Lab).

He and his team at RI-Lab focus on researching how emerging technologies can be designed, developed, and deployed more responsibly and sustainably. His current research centres on responsible computing and modelling, Responsible AI, and responsible thinking and engagement around innovations proposed for addressing complex problems.
