Professor Gabriele Bammer is a Professor of Integration and Implementation Sciences at the National Centre for Epidemiology and Population Health.

Professor Bammer is an expert in interdisciplinarity, transdisciplinarity and related approaches to tackling complex societal and environmental problems.

Her research and education activities aim to make university research and the education of students better able to assist decision makers in addressing the complex problems that face society, nationally and globally.

She is also a member of the ANU Institute for Climate Energy and Disaster Solutions.
