Gosia Mikolajczak is a Research Fellow at the Global Institute for Women’s Leadership at ANU.

Gosia completed her PhD in social psychology at the University of Warsaw (2016). Before joining the GIWL, she worked as Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the School of Social and Political Sciences (University of Melbourne) and Australian Research Centre in Sex, Health and Society (La Trobe University).

Gosia’s research on sexism has been published in top journals in the field and as book chapters in thematic volumes. Her recent projects include an evaluation framework for women in leadership programs, an analysis of the career trajectories of women in local government in Australia, and women’s opposition to gender equality.
