Dr Janit Feangfu is a Lecturer of Thai and a Thai program convener at the School of Culture, History and Language.
Dr Feangfu’s research interests focus on the field of cultural studies, which allows her to combine her solid background in modern and contemporary Thai literature with her passion for gender, equity, and diversity issues.
As a Thai cultural studies researcher, Dr Feangfu’s interests include the use of art and literature as a site of political activism in Thailand and socio-cultural tension in the development and representation of Thai culinary culture in a local and the global context.
