Professor Kirsty Douglas is Professor of General Practice at the ANU Medical School and is a primary healthcare health systems researcher and practicing clinical GP.

Professor Douglas’s research has been in policy relevant primary healthcare topics including medical workforce, models of after-hours primary care, the role of GPs in natural disasters and improvement of a CVR screening in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander populations.

She has worked closely at implementation of research evidence with the Commonwealth and ACT Health Departments.
