Miguel Lattz Lara is a PhD scholar at the ANU School of Sociology and a sociologist from Universidad Central of Chile.
Miguel has at least 10 years of professional experience designing, organising, implementing and leading both qualitative and quantitative research projects in both the public and private sectors. In this work, he has worked in research teams for the evaluation of public programs as well as market research and marketing evaluation for different centres of studies and private companies.
His doctoral thesis analyses the subjective perceptions of inequality and its effects on today’s society. His subjects of interest are inequality, subjective perceptions of society, social classes, social stratification and social mobility.
Miguel has a Masters (MSc) of Social Policy (research) at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
