Dr Sophie Yates is a Research Fellow at the ANU College of Asia and the Pacific.
Dr Yates’ research primarily focuses on value creation in public services, particularly for people from marginalised groups. She has published on topics such as gender, disability, family violence, service provision for people leaving prison, co-production of public services, and political astuteness in public sector managers.
