Xiao Han is the CEO and founder of the Centre for Responsible Innovation (CforRI) and a PhD Researcher at the Australian National University.

Before founding CforRI, she had more than 15 years of experience across media, marketing and innovation. She was the founder and CEO of Refni, a B2B2C cloud insights platform designed to help business leaders make more informed decisions. This journey took her to Canada, the USA and China, where she learned first-hand the innovation processes of leading tech organisations including Google, Facebook and LinkedIn.

From 2008-2012, Xiao Han led cross-functional, third party, domestic and international teams at General Electric (GE) to execute large scale projects and marketing programs across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore, impacting clients including Myer, Coles and Apple.
